Market Place
Market Place bar is essentially a modern take on the traditional pub commissioned by the Cantaloupe Group in Central London. The clients wanted a space which was unpretentious and welcoming, exclusively inexclusive, while still being timeless and modern. We took influence from a traditional Swiss chalet, by using rough-sawn Douglas-fir boarding. The Swiss chalet is used to create a sense of escapism, a rural retreat in an urban setting.
