‘Hardcore’
‘Hardcore’ was an exhibition illustrating the past, present and future uses of concrete and cement based product which ran at the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) in 2002. The exhibition, curated by Scarlet Projects, was split into two galleries, one illustrated the history of concrete and what it is made of, the other aimed to communicate current trends in concrete or cement product design — as a material that has evolved from utility to luxury.
