Block were short listed for the Interior contract of the prestigious Pottersfield development in central London. The development is being designed by Ian Ritchie and built by Berkeley Homes and will attract high profile clients from the UK and beyond. The approach to the 8 Towers was to bring a little of London into the apartments. This was primarily achieved through use of London’s changeable weather as an influence in the design. Dichroic glass screens were proposed for the penthouse allowing refracted light to wash down the interior. Coloured sheer curtains wrapped around the perimeter of the spaces indicating occupation on an individual level from the exterior.
